Perhaps similar to the singing bowl, an old Chinese five-string instrument was used to heal the five organ systems of the body.
In old Chinese, the word for medicine, 藥, is made of two words: “music” (樂) and “herbal” (艹).
Music here means the kind of sound that brings harmony and balance to our being.
If I live to 100+, I hope to be graceful and elegant: silver hair, red lips, standing tall.
